The passengers stayed in the lounge in transit of Karachi Airport for 12 hours and were fed meals. Another aircraft belonging to IndiGo Airlines, which was carrying engineers from aircraft arrived at Karachi Airport from Ahmedabad at approximately 2 3 pm. Engineers fixed the issue on the plane before departing Karachi Airport along with passengers at about 4:30 pm. 193 passengers were onboard the Indian aircraft, according to an official of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
