Thursday's notification by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), regarding the transfer and posting of three officers of the Pakistan Customs Service (one in Grade 22 and two of Grade 21), was issued by the Federal Board of Revenue.
Rabab Sikandar (wife of the incumbent chief election commissioner (CEC)) was one of the transferred officers.
Rabab Sikandar is a Grade 21 civil servant and is part of a family made up of bureaucrats. As DG Directorate General Intellectual Property Rights, she was promoted to Chief Collector Customs Appraisement in Central Lahore.
She was promoted to Grade 21 during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government. After securing 7th place in the competitive exam, she was inducted into civil service at the Customs Department.
Abdur Rasheed Sheikh (Grade 22) was also appointed director general of Directorate General IPR Enforcement Islamabad.
Faiz Ahmad was appointed DG Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation in Islamabad and transferred as Chief Collector Customs Appraisement Central, Lahore.
