The individual will be tasked with:
Understanding app and its dynamics
Guiding the callers/consumers on how to sign up
Troubleshooting and diagnostics about app and services
Recording data from the consumers and verifying their detailsThe individuals should at least have 6 Months to 1-year of experience in the field of customer care, be well-spoken, and have the ability to work with customers in a calm and composed manner.
