User or Fixer Obligations

  • The Fixer will be bound to follow all the rules and regulations of the company.
  • The Fixer will complete the task received by the app on the app itself.

First come first served Policy

The Fixer will remain active on the app so that it receives as many tasks as possible.

Arrival Policy

  • Fixer will come to the office at the invitation of the company and if he lives on rent, he will be obliged to register his new address in the company records on changing the location.
  • A fixer rating will directly affect the number of tasks he will see on the app.

Fees

  • Uncle Fixer came after registration on the application, ID must be featured in red, and the processing fee will be 200.
  • Fixer will keep a.e wallet balance above 1500 or 2000 to stay featured. The new featured Fixer cannot withdraw money from the wallet before 30 days. Before 30 days of withdrawal, a deduction of Rs 250 will be made.

Cancelation policy

  • If the Fixer is completing the task without the application, his account will be temporarily blocked.
  • On this, we will give 2 notices to come to head office for clarification.
  • If he fails to come to head office, we will block his account completely.
  • Once the account is blocked by the company, the e-money balance will be zero and the fixer can’t take this amount back.
  • The fixer will not reject any task if the customer wants to reject then Fixer will not do otherwise strict action will be taken against the fixer before rejecting the task for any genuine reason must inform the company.
  • In any case, if you don’t want to get the handyman services you can contact us and cancel your deal at that time.

Prices

  • The rate list of the task will be provided by the company. The fixer is bound to adhere to these rates.
  • We will not pass these rates on to the customer, but in the future, we will advertise rates properly.
  • Increasing the number of tasks at the same location will decrease the cost per task.

Penalty

  • If the fixer says the customer doesn’t agree to the rates, and he leaves the site, he has to pay Rs 100 as a penalty.
  • The fixer shall follow the company policy regarding discounts and offers given by the company to the customers and shall give discounts to the customers according to the company policy.
  • Fixer will always treat the customer ethically and project a good image of the company. Unethical and rude fixers will be blocked forever.

Warranty Policy

  • The fixer will do the customer’s job with full skill and honesty. We are offering 7 days task warranty and if a warranty claim is made by the customer then the same fixer will go to the warranty site.
  • Apart from fuel charges, the customer will not be charged any kind of charge on this service warranty.

Refund Policy

  • If for any reason he is not able to visit the site (within the next 3 to 4 hours on the same day), he will be charged a minimum of Rs 1000 or the amount charged for the task.
  • We will use this penalty to send other fixers to this site and this penalty is non-refundable for any reason.

Bonus Policy

  • Those with good ratings will be given an annual or semi-annual bonus.
  • In the future, only the best fixers of the highest rank will be able to do tasks in Bahria, DHA, or our corporate sector.
  • Every month we will announce the fixer of the month based on user reviews and the tasks it performs on the app.

Safety Policy

  • We will track the live location of the Fixer and confirm whether they do the task or not.
  • Uncle fixer shall not be responsible for any accident or damage at the workplace.
  • The fixer will not carry with him any kind of irrelevant and unnecessary items like arms etc.

Important Note

  • If the fixer worked with a customer and the customer is satisfied with the fixer’s work. After that, the fixer shares his number with the customer for more work or help.
  • In case, the customer contacts the fixer without any confirmation from Uncle Fixer even though the company is not informed about their dealings, then the company is not responsible for any case of incomplete work or inaccurate work.
  • Because there is no task registered in the company’s data.

Guarantee Policy

  • If a customer requests a re-service after the guarantee period has expired, his or her complaint will be ignored until the service charges are paid again.
  • Uncle Fixer also requires two-person guarantees from the fixer before handing over any task to the fixer. This is necessary for our satisfaction.

  • All work is done under the supervision of this property owner or he/she can be referred to one of his/her representatives.
  • Uncle Fixer will conduct a detailed investigation in case of any property damage or stolen. The company will not be responsible if during the investigation no proof is found. Unless we will make our 100% effort to keep your property safe and secure.
  • The property owner should need to be present at the moment of problem fixing to take care of his/her belongings and important assets.

Restrictions and trademark ownership

All the logos, content, company name, and trademarks are our personal property or the property of our advertising partners. You cannot use these logos, graphics, content, or trademarks without our written permission. In any case, we will take strict action against you so be careful to follow all our terms and conditions.

Other terms and conditions
